Matthew Browne

Professor Matthew Browne is an academic researcher at Central Queensland University. His research includes computational statistics, modelling in health research, gambling harm, psychometrics, and applied social science. He advises PhD, master's, and honours students in the psychology program. He is co-host of Decoding the Gurus with Chris Kavanagh, Associate Professor of Psychology at Rikkyo University, where they analyse public intellectuals and online influencers through a psychosocial and anthropological lens.
